Land Use Board · Meeting of June 22, 2026

NJ JEFFERSON — Jefferson Land Use Board approves three major variances in single hearing. The board unanimously approved applications from Lerma to construct a new single-family dwelling at 43 Mason Street, Russo for a boathouse and dock at 85 Yacht Club Drive, and Pangione for a 14-by-28-foot in-ground swimming pool at 7 Whispering Pine Way, each by 9-0 votes. Four prior-filed applications were approved as resolutions: Biagiotti, Kirschbaum, Hamilton, and Perrello.

Two applications were continued to July 27 for further work: Switalski's detached garage proposal at 47 Hopi Trail for redesign, and Stone Ridge Holdings' site plan at 155 Schoolhouse Road for professional coordination.
