NJ JEFFERSON — Jefferson Land Use Board approves six residential variances and amendments in single evening session. Board Planner Jessica Caldwell processed eight additional applications into the hearing queue, including a use variance for two-unit home conversion and reconstruction of a fire-damaged dwelling. The Ruggiero pool application passed 8 to 1 with Mr.
Small abstaining; the Ifraimov/Goulina variance passed 8 to 1 with Vice-Chairwoman Galfo dissenting, subject to a personal-use-only condition. The board unanimously found Cannabis Ordinance 26-06, setting 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. operating hours for cannabis facilities, consistent with the Master Plan.
