NJ JEFFERSON — Jefferson Land Use Board approves variances for residential projects including swimming pool and attached garage. The board granted approval to the Biagiotti application for an in-ground pool at 22 Indian Spring Drive (9-0), the Hamilton application for a 32-by-38-foot attached garage at 4 Fredericks Road (9-1, with Chief Castimore abstaining), and reaffirmed approval for the Kirschbaum application combining two lots and constructing a smaller four-bedroom dwelling at 17 & 19 Shore Road (9-0). Board Member Christine Steelman was sworn in as an Alternate for a two-year term.
The Stone Ridge Holdings application for an environmental contractor's storage facility at 155 Schoolhouse Road was heard but sent back for resubmission as an Amended Preliminary & Final Site Plan, with an informal hearing scheduled for June 22, 2026 and new submissions due by June 12, 2026.
