NJ JEFFERSON — Jefferson Land Use Board approves six applications in April meeting. Vice-Chairwoman Galfo presided over approval of a bulk area variance for Corinne Padavano to rebuild her home at 63 Hopi Trail after a fire, with variances for a covered porch and deck placement. The board also approved a lot line adjustment for Albert Schotanus at 40 E.

Elro and 7 Patterson Drive to consolidate Moosepac Pond dam access. Five pending resolutions passed unanimously, and the board referred a revised Billboard Ordinance back to the Township Council for further consideration.
