NJ JEFFERSON — Jefferson Land Use Board approved major site plan in split 5-3 vote. The approval for Stone Ridge Holdings LLC's construction equipment business at 155 Schoolhouse Road came after extensive debate over Ridge Road access safety, prompting the board to form a subcommittee to address ongoing traffic concerns. The board also unanimously approved two K&D Ventures digital billboard applications on Route 15, replacing static signs under conditions including company contact-information display and prohibiting single-advertiser monopolization.

Brian Strada received approval for a use variance to keep accessory structures on his lakefront property, contingent on obtaining state permits and relocating a gazebo within 60 days.
